The Patek Philippe 7118 Nautilus, a limited-edition timepiece meticulously crafted by GR, is now available in limited quantities. This 7118 watch features a unique diamond setting, with rubies, sapphires, and emeralds in three different colors. Limited quantities are available (all pieces are made with eight-heart, eight-arrow natural Orbold rhinestones).

Dial: Pavé-set with 286 diamonds.

Case: Sapphire crystal case back. Water resistant to 30 meters. Diameter 35.2mm.

Case and bracelet: Featuring a rare “irregular snow setting” technique, setting 1500 brilliant-cut rhinestones and 876 brilliant-cut rubies, sapphires, and emeralds, adding dazzling brilliance to the watch. This technique requires setting and securing diamonds of varying sizes, concealing as much of the precious metal as possible.
